My new office
I’ve got my own name plate on my first office door, after several people criticizing, that my name isn't J.S.! Looks great! I also got my own mailbox not a shared one for grad students, no my very own! I have a nice office on the 8th floor with a great view. It just needs some pictures on the wall, but that shouldn’t be a problem ;-)

You should frame your diploma.

I would feel weird hanging my diploma on my office wall. We don’t do these kinds of things in germany. Nobody does. Besides, the diploma looks pretty simple. It’s modern and without a crest. I think my university doesn’t even have a crest.
